A great book. I have heard the author on the radio and liked him a lot. Bought the book out of curiosity, not thinking much of it. It was very helpfull. Lots of techniques and skills to avoid arguments and to improve relationships. It helped me a lot with my children, specially in the area of discipline. I highly recomend the book. To tell you the truth, after doing a few of the suggestions in the book, I was able to be with my wife alone, talk, and not end up in an argument. That alone deserves the 5 stars.
